From registration to deleting your account – you will find frequently asked questions about HiPP BabyClub here.

What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation link or it does not work?

The activation link may take a few minutes to come through. Please be patient and check your inbox later. If the link has not arrived after a few minutes, please check your spam folder and make sure your inbox is not too full.

Please copy the link and paste it into your browser’s address bar. If the link doesn’t work, please contact HiPP Parents’ Service. We will be pleased to activate your account.

What does “This e-mail address is already registered” mean?

In this case, you are already registered with this e-mail address. We will be pleased to send you your user name and a new password under the 'forgot your password?' link

What should I do if I forget my username/password?

Have you forgotten your username or password for HiPP BabyClub? Follow these instructions:

Use the feature “Forgot your password?” under this link. Enter your e-mail address that you provided when you registered for HiPP BabyClub. You will then receive an e-mail with a link. Click on the link in the e-mail or copy it directly to your browser’s address bar. Your username will be shown on the page that opens. You can then create a new password. Please take note of the password rules for security reasons.

Help, my password doesn’t work!

Should you have problems with your password and access to your HiPP BabyClub accounts, please first ensure that you are using the correct password. If you are unsure, we recommend that you follow the instructions above for “forgotten password”. There, you can create a new password. If you copy your password or username, please make sure that you do not copy any spaces with it!

How do I change my e-mail address?

Please login to HiPP BabyClub and go to My Profile.

Can I change my user name?

I no longer need my HiPP BabyClub account. Where can I cancel my registration?

For data protection purposes we will need your user name and password.

Where do I adjust the settings so that I no longer receive parents’ letters?

Please login to HiPP BabyClub. Go to My Profile – My Children and under “Edit children”, cancel the letters.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Please login to HiPP BabyClub. Go to My Profile and under “Edit profile”, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter.

How do I find the parents’ letter for my younger child?

Please login to HiPP BabyClub. On the right-hand side, you will see a picture and the “Please choose baby” button underneath. Simply choose the name of the child you want to read the letter for. You will be directed to the page automatically.
