Does my baby have to drink the bottle all up?
Babies’ appetites can vary, and each baby has his/her own needs. The amount suggested on the package is just an average amount that a baby normally consumes at the respective age. Babies know best how much formula they need, and regulate the amount they need by themselves.
Do not worry if there are leftovers in the bottle. That just shows that your baby is full. You must not, however, re-use leftovers.
How many bottles does my baby need a day?
Just as with breastfed babies, the number of meals bottle-fed babies need varies. Additionally, the number of bottles can depend on the age of the baby, e.g., they reduce when weaning food is being introduced. You can use recommendations on your HiPP Milk Formula packet as a guideline
