HiPP BabyClub Day – Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By registering for and/or attending HiPP BabyClub Day (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in the Event, including all play, movement, and activity stations, is voluntary and involves certain inherent risks, especially for infants and toddlers.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that the activities may include physical play, movement, crawling, and interaction with play equipment, and I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur to myself or my child arising from participation.

3. Parental/Guardian Responsibility

I agree that I am solely responsible for:

  • The supervision, safety, and well-being of my child at all times during the Event

  • Ensuring my child participates only in activities suitable for their ability and condition

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge HiPP, its organisers, employees, partners, and venue providers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

  • Personal injury or illness

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Any incident occurring during the Event

5. Medical Fitness

I confirm that my child is in good health and fit to participate in the Event activities. I agree to take full responsibility for any medical conditions and will seek medical attention if necessary.

6. Personal Belongings

I acknowledge that I am responsible for all personal belongings brought to the Event. The Organiser is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

7. Compliance with Instructions

I agree to follow all event rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions, including hygiene and safety protocols within play areas.
