Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 HiPP BabyClub Day (the “Event”) is organised by HiPP Singapore (the “Organiser”).
1.2 By registering for and attending the Event, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Admission

2.1 The Event is recommended for children aged 4 to 36 months, accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2.2 Each ticket admits one (1) child and one (1) accompanying adult, unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Participants must present their name and registered email address for entry.

3. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

3.1 By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Organiser in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

3.2 The personal data collected may include (but is not limited to):

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Contact number

  • Child’s age range

3.3 Your personal data will be used for purposes including:

  • Event registration and administration

  • Verification of attendance

  • Communication of event details and updates

  • Providing relevant information about HiPP products, services, and future events (where consent is given)

3.4 The Organiser will take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is protected against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar risks.

3.5 Your personal data may be shared with appointed service providers or partners strictly for event-related purposes.

4. Ticketing & Attendance

4.1 Tickets are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Entry is valid only for the specified time slot.
4.3 Participants should arrive 5 minutes early.

5. Safety & Responsibility

5.1 Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child at all times.
5.2 The Organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event.

6. Photography & Videography

6.1 Photography and videography will take place during the Event.

6.2 By attending the Event, you consent to the collection and use of images and recordings of you and your child for:

  • Marketing and promotional materials

  • Social media and digital platforms

  • Website and future event communications

6.3 All materials will remain the property of the Organiser and will be used without compensation.

6.4 If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform event staff at registration. Reasonable efforts will be made to respect your request.

7. Personal Belongings

7.1 A designated stroller parking area will be provided.
7.2 All belongings are left at the participant’s own risk.

8. Amendments

8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
